While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.

Stable Tree Decoration

Get two large lolly sticks and snap them in two (or you could just use 4 smaller ones)
Glue them to make the stable structure
Add some card behind the stable to make your background
Next cut a star from felt and add it to your stable
Use a mixture of card, felt newspapers etc to create simple shapes for Mary, Joseph and Jesus in the manger
Finally add the ribbon to your nativity scene.
